CLASS OF 2021 GRAD CARD ORDER FORM

Please double and triple check all spellings, addresses, and times.  Make sure it is EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your card.

  •   5x7 Flat Card (postcard style) with custom design/ printing on front & back along with envelopes. **CARDS COME IN SETS OF 24**

    - $65 per set

  • Yard Signs- 11x24- $28.00

  • Grad Pack-$365 ($555 value) 12x12 signing board(mounted on whiteboard), 48 grad cards, 48 thank you cards, 40 wallets

  • DESIGN NOTES

    Your grad cards are customized to your style and images.  Please note any changes you would like to make to the available designs.  Also, please be aware that some designs have custom fonts or illustrations that aren't completely customizable.  We'll let you know if any of your requests can't be met.  You'll receive a proof of your design before it goes to print.

LAP Senior Street Team member are offered an amazing senior portrait experience, with complimentary portrait sessions, VIP model cards, professional makeup, hair and wardrobe styling, as well as the chance to earn cash and prizes along the way.

2023 SpokesModel positions will be limited to 2 students per high school, so bragging rights are a bonus, too!
